Here for the everyday.

A little help.
A clearer path.

FitProof is available on the App Store for iPhone, with a companion app for Apple Watch.

Already a tester?

Open your TestFlight invitation using the Apple Account you were invited with, then install FitProof in TestFlight. If the app doesn't appear, check the invitation email and contact the person who invited you. TestFlight previews can include features not yet released on the App Store.

Update the Apple Watch app

First update FitProof on your paired iPhone from the App Store or, if you are an invited tester, from TestFlight. Then check the Watch app on your iPhone under My Watch for FitProof and install it if needed. The companion requires watchOS 10 or later. Keep both devices nearby while the update transfers.

If your Watch still looks different, compare the iPhone app version in FitProof Settings with the version you installed in TestFlight. An App Store installation may replace your preview with the public release.

Workout and rep tracking

Start a workout with Health permission to record available heart-rate and active-energy data. In the latest preview, tap the wrist-motion dial to enable estimates for supported exercises. Your watch needs to move with the working arm; stationary-wrist exercises use manual entry. Estimates are not guaranteed counts. Review reps and load before saving, and use the workout controls to pause, finish or discard a session.

Contact FitProof

Email info@softcodedesign.com for help from SoftCode Design Inc. Include your app version, iPhone model, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary health information.

Send feedback from TestFlight

In TestFlight, select FitProof and choose Send Beta Feedback. You can include a screenshot and describe what happened. Check screenshots before sending so you only share the information you intend to.

Apple Health isn't updating

Confirm that FitProof has permission to read the categories you want to use. Check whether the same values are visible in the Health app on your iPhone, since Apple Watch data needs to sync there first. Return to FitProof and refresh. Food calories and active calories are different metrics.

Food values look different

Recipes, serving sizes, and customizations change nutrition. Review portions and macros before saving, especially when using voice or photo estimates. Each saved food entry remains editable.

On-device AI is unavailable

The core app works on iOS 17 and later. Advanced language features require an Apple Intelligence-compatible iPhone and iOS 26 or later, with the on-device model available in Settings. Manual entry and food search remain available.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Account & sign-in → Delete account. Confirm the warning and verify your identity with your existing sign-in method. This removes your FitProof account profile, coaching records and this account's local logs, workouts, goals and tasks from the current iPhone.

Apple Health and Calendar records, other devices, and backups are not remotely erased. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Contact info@softcodedesign.com for assistance.

About Pro

Free includes everyday essentials. FitProof Pro adds features such as adaptive workout plans and voice or photo food logging. Choose monthly or annual billing inside the app. An eligible annual subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Apple displays your localized price, renewal terms and eligibility before you confirm. TestFlight purchases use Apple's testing environment, not a paid production subscription.

Restore or manage a subscription

Open Settings → FitProof Pro → Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Access is verified by Apple, not by your FitProof email address. Pending purchases need approval before they unlock Pro.

To cancel or change a plan, open Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Eligible trial details, renewal price, and billing period are shown before confirmation. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.
