FitProofs is an independent fitness and wellness app by SoftCode Design Inc. It brings food logging, workouts, sleep and focus into one daily view on iPhone, with connected Apple Watch workouts.
The Duo update adapts the overview to the expanded display, placing a larger daily dial beside five metric summaries. Compact and expanded layouts support light and dark appearances.
